I spent a bit of time researching my intended treatment and then researching a skin clinic to carry it out, so whilst I did not have expectations of what the selected skin clinic would be like I knew from a past consultation with another skin clinic and previous experiences exactly what I did not want it to be like. I was very pleased to have Simone as my consultant, especially as she was my first preference from all the specialists at My skin spa and she did not disappoint. Most of all I appreciated her honest personal knowledge, not the text book style approach and soft selling honesty. She has a genuineness about her that definitely put me at ease. Conversation was good and the treatment was very therapeutic. I wanted to wait a few days before leaving this review because I wanted to see the results of the treatment no point championing a company's customer service then not being happy with the treatment Overall, I'm a happy with the results I have seen so and equally happy with the service received. See you again soon My skin spa and thank you for a wonderful service!

I have had my very first Profhilo treatment with Simone yesterday and I can confidently say that I will be having this treatment on a regular basis. Less than 24 later I can actually see a positive difference without the telltale bruising you would normally get from fillers. Simone made me feel at ease, explained how the treatment would be carried out and what I could expect short and long term. I highly recommend this to everyone who needs that “me on a very good day” glow.

I had a Hydrafacial treatment with Anita and she was fantastic. She was very welcoming and professional. She explained and took me through the treatment and recommended further treatments to cater my needs. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Thank you.
