The Silvan is a small team of demolition hand salvagers doing all they can to save and repurpose beautiful timbers pulled from damaged buildings. Everything is lovingly handmade and each piece has its own character and place of origin. We specialise in picture frames but have recently been making handmade trays and in conjunction with the Eco Villa have made beautiful New Zealand native timber bed heads. We strongly believe in minimalizing waste and reusing what we can to make something practical yet beautiful and full off soul.
