Love this place! Super cheap and in a great location. The Grazies restaurant is really beautiful and the steak meal was beautiful. The only downfall would be the buffet breakfast which I got last time I stayed. The food was cooked great, but I was just expecting a little more variety, like scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, mushrooms etc, like what you would normally see. Definitely recommend this place the staff are really lovely too.
It was my first time visiting a Sebel hotel and I was suitably impressed. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and I was impressed that there were cooking facilities in the room. The only downside was that you could hear people in the neighbouring room as well as above. But it wasn't a major problem.nnLots of restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets nearby.
The room was lovely. Reception not great. Paid $$$ for a premium membership and meant to get drinks with each stay. All was on offer was a vat in the reception with a random fruit juice. Does not take much to do the right things here a selection of soft drinks like you get at other Sebels who don't have a drinks license. Reception had a computer says no type answer and did not care. Don't look after your customers. Get bad ratings.
Lovely lovely staff..Sashi was delightful and very helpful. As were her colleagues . My room was super clean and comfortable. No complaints for one night on work business in Lower Hutt. Restaurants staff and food v v good too..far better than our last dinner there. Thankyou.
Likewise, Location of the hotel is great and rooms are neat clean and housekeeping team is spot on. I always recommend this property to family and friends. Checkout was nice and smooth however checking want pleasant as I expected. During my previous stay cheack in was heart touching but this time I miss those staff members. Over all staff is nice and friendly. Definitely we will be back.
