As a first-timer at this salon I can't fault them at all. I was made to feel at home immediately, especially so when Lisa listened intently to what I wanted and I am not the easiest of customers to please : She made sure that I was comfortable with what she was going to do, we were certainly on the same page! Had our three kids hair cut by Juliana at The Sample Room and the results were fantastic. Kids enjoyed her style and she made them comfortable and entertained. The salon itself is beautiful, well located and with easy parking. It was quite cozy, with comfy waiting chairs and great magazines. This salon is not only for females, we are also well treated and there was a man having his hair cut when we were, seemed content with his new look. Will come back again soon. Thank you all!
i wanted my hair dyed two colours, and ended up with dry damaged hair with one of the colours fading, one too dark, and it was uneven. the ends of the colours are also muddy. it was also 360$ for this, and a fringe trim which consisted of them only doing one snip then sending me off. they recommended me extra overpriced products which i haven't needed for a box dye that yielded better longer lasting results. overall, this place is overcharged and i just wish i never went.Services: Curly hair
