A beautiful setting inside and out, nestled under huge birds of paradise plants, olive trees, and bamboo. Coffee and food fantastic. It's definitely worth a stop. Great playground for kids, so you can relax and enjoy Michael, the barista, and his co-team really make this place. Everyone is full of smiles, and nothing is a problem. Ordered coffee and a muffin. Coffee was really good. I am a big coffee lover and often I'm not happy with cafe's coffee but here was great. Berry muffin was too sweet. Sugar on top too. They also have a nice play ground for kids. Not new but it's ok. They sell homemade stuff too.

Good cafe style food. Enthusiastic unpolished service. One of the few places where you can order Bowl Rusty Bucket coffee. I always try to stop here if I can when in the area. Food: 5/5
This was our first stop at the "Rusty Tractor" & we were not dissapointed. The lady behind the counter was friendly & welcoming. The Coffee was good. The food had great taste. Kids Play Area. Went here for brunch and coffee before the drive back to Auckland. Had driven past a few times but never been in. Good coffee and food with large portions. Cute playground for the kiddos alsoFood: 5/5
I had heard so much about this cafe that I had to try. The food was so delicious. Best Lamb shank and fish&chips i have ever had. Highly recommend this place to stop over especially if you have kids as they have a huge section for kids to play around.
Nice service. Great short black. Hot water on the side offered which is good. Good hot chocolate. Went two days in a row. Big breakfast delicious, mince on toast very tasty, my partner had scrambled eggs both days and enjoyed it. Took about 10 minutes for food to arrive when it was around 10% full. We always visit at least once when visiting Kerikeri. Vegetarian options: limited selection but they will mix and match Kid-friendliness: Nice playground outside the cafe so the kids don't disturb the customers inside.
