I have the absolute pleasure of having Kelly-Ann as my property manager. She is always quick to fix any issues that may arise, never puts pressure on, to have the place spotless during house inspections. Our property is well looked after and when we once felt that communication wasn't working well with one person, the senior back-up stepped in - good work, good team, good system! We would however like to see the online portal to be comprehensively usable, including being a storage for pictures. It's such a great facility, but a waste of time if only used for information that we receive in two other ways, anyway.
I would highly recommend to seek another agency for property management. Never had any issues in the past with tenants self managing, yet first time under management I am left out of pocket to replace missing chattels and remedy damages. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a company in my life. Absolutely appalled and disgusted with their service.
wonderful to deal with, great customer service. really value their tenants and landlords. It was the little things that stood out for me, leaving a "we visited" card during inspection with some lollies. Suzanne and the team are top notch, your property is in great hands if you choose the rent shop!
