Each time I have been to the Recovery Room the equipment and saunas and pools have always Been clean and neat, and staff very keen to help and educate where possible. The prices are also very reasonable and they often have sales to take advantage of. I highly recommend a visit for any one, not just the sporty folk.

The place is awesome! My body felt like a million dollars after one of the 60 minute sessions! I also then slept so soundly that night, it was amazing. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and really happy to help you out. Definitely recommend going here, I love it
