Kia ora I am Stacey and Waihi is my home. I was born in Australia from 2 Waihi locals. When I was 9 we moved back to Waihi and it's been hard to leave ever since.
I went to University and got a degree in teaching, yet I still couldn't leave properly as I taught at Karangahake Primary School (while living in Pukekohe).
Now a mother of 3 kids, we've moved back home properly! And this is where this crazy platter idea came from.
