What an exceptional Pilates studio!! Sarah is an awesome Pilates instructor. I was visiting Auckland for almost 5 weeks and have only been doing Pilates for a little over 5 months. Due to Sarah’s exceptional tuition I’ve experienced great strength and body tone in this short time. I’ll certainly be back when I’m next in Pukekohe!
Wonderful Pilates studio in Pukekohe. I have been going to Sarah's classes for 2.5 years - I've learnt so much, gained strength and thoroughly enjoyed some time out in a great location. Highly recommend The Pilates Room for Reformer classes.
Lovely Pilates Studio in Pukekohe! Sarah is an fantastic Pilates instructor. Sarah has a friendly, approachable, relaxed manner and she gives attention to the individual needs of the participants in her classes, and always adapts the exercise per person if required. She also takes the time to get know your individual needs. I love going to these classes and can't wait to attend each week!
Sarah is cheerful in manner and makes you feel welcome. She provides a good class with clear instructions and teaches well to whatever level you are. As a newbie to Pilates it has been easy to pick up under her instruction. The new studio has a fabulous feel to it and is a nice modern space. Big enough to not feel crowded when the class is full but also doesn’t feel too empty when there is just a few in the class.
Love The Pilates room, Sarah is knowledgeable and welcoming - always so supportive as well, which is great for beginners. The classes are low impact and yet every time I go I get a complete body workout. I would highly recommend Sarah at the Pilates room.

Sarah's pilates classes are amazing! I've done both the group classes and duo classes with just my daughter and me and they are great classes. I get a great workout and the classes are fun, too. Sarah is a great teacher and I love that she pays attention to personal needs like knee or back issues.
I'm not sure I have the words to explain how much I enjoy The Pilates Room classes. The new studio is a gorgeous space and I love Sarah's balance of relaxed teaching while also pulling up poor alignment. I love these classes in that you don't feel like you are absolutely punishing yourself but the sore muscles the next day show how hard you have actually worked. A great start to my day
Awesome instructors and a beautiful, contemporary space to work out in. I love both Sarah's reformer classes and Ronja's barre classes. Both are lovely and friendly, and pay great attention to form, talking through the muscles being activated really clearly. I love the music aspect of the barre classes - Ronja leads the exercises in time with the music, making it feel a little like dancing, which takes my mind off how hard I'm working! Sarah has a friendly, easy manner and she pays great attention to the individual needs of the participants in her classes.
Love the Pilates room, especially the new location, such a great atmosphere. Sarah is such a great teacher. Really friendly and knows her Pilates.
