Hard place to find but such great and lovely staff members. Mum and Dad bought us things for or beautiful dogs from here. The ladies were very understanding and helped Mum and Dad out with every query! Will be going back again in future.
Outstanding pet store...best pet store in all of london. Definitely worth the time...its a block and a half off oxford. Fantastic selection and the owners are very helpful. They have both dog and cat toys and outfits, collars etc.
The absolute best pet store in london. We found toys for our grand dog and cat as well as great outfits. They design a lot of the toys. Its on a 4th floor. Do not be deterred..definitely go up...you will be so impressed and happy.

Yes you can buy pet clothes and accessories on line but the amount of money we have waste over the years on things that didn't fit quite right makes visiting PetLondon more worthwhile. They really know pets and their products so our two pups were sized perfectly for four new harnesses. We will be back for their winter coats very soon!

Lovely pet shop! It's quite hard to find, I couldn't see a sign, and you have to ring the bell to get in. Super helpful, friendly and welcoming staff, they have loads of pet clothes and stock everything else you could need for your pet too. We'll definitely be back!
I got some great toys and treats for my dog here, the selection was great and I especially liked the stuff they designed themselves. I was only in for toys and treats but they had a huge selection of clothes, food etc as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in London.
Went here to get a present for my Shi-Tzu Walter and got the best customer service ever, so many lovely jumpers and all you could possibly want for your dog . As you can see Walter loved his present.
