Their delivery guy for Blenheim is quite shifty. Awful delivery job too .... absolutely nothing for him to throw the parcel at your doorstep, never asks for a signature. And if you happen to catch him delivering and open the door just after he has thrown your parcel or while he is throwing it he acts like a scared rabbit and tries to pretend he hasn't seen you. When you ask him why he didn't request a signature he just ignores the question. It's gotten to the point now where I try and make sure that things I order online will not be delivered by this company. This guy is literally the only face of their Blenheim branch that many of us will ever see, I can't understand how it is that he is allowed to be like this. If I could do less than one star I would as there is literally not one aspect of their service that is satisfactory
Shipped a rotary hoe that I sold on Trademe. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Four stars because the cost seemed awfully high, but I have no reason to believe it would be less expensive elsewhere. Transport is expensive in NZ.
I am rather annoyed with their service. I am located in Woodbourne, Blenheim.Twice in the space of a month now they have left an item for me at my front door for all to see when i am supposed to check and then sign for it. Last time the driver was caught in the act walking away back to his van and i had to make him wait. This is poor service and not good enough.
Wonderful service right to my door. Staff very helpful and friendly. Full credit to the Blenheim branch.
Customer service was fantastic.nThey tracked my package and got it back asap for me so i could pick up. They called me as soon as it arrived. When i turnt up there was no mucking around.
