I have stopped by the shop quite a few times and have also been disappointed during multiple of these visits. The staff were close to rude on several occasions, I even felt like I was not really welcome at the shop. The prices seem exaggerated to me & I have now found a better alternative to buying liquids without packaging - Negozio Leggero who are much cheaper, where I am welcomed in a much friendlier way! What I was missing were more variations of smells of shampoos and shower gels, as well as a liquid conditioner for the hair.

An amazing initiative. We need to support and encourage more zero waste businesses. Everything is sold 'en vrac' from dispensers. Your loyalty is rewarded as you have to put a deposit on their glass bottles the first time you go, and so the first visit is expensive. The price per litre is not the cheapest but many of their products are still competitive with supermarket brands - washing up liquid, surface spray, vinegar, bicarbonate sodium. Hopefully, if the business is supported enough and proven successful, the prices can be made more accessible. Im still grateful that someone had the initiative to get it up and running!

Love this place, it's a great idea that isn't prevalent enough in Paris. Two minor asks: more complex scents most products are single scent and speak a bit more slowly for non-native French speakers the place is usually rammed with customers so I understand the inclination to speak quickly

Beautiful storefront, great selection of organic, mostly local, zero-waste products. Staff was extremely nice, it was clear everyone there is committed to advance their vision of sustainable city living.

Amazing super avant-garde concept. Their body products smell delicious and are 100% natural. I personally recommend the Shampooing Miel and Savon Liquide Écorces d'Oranges.
