Web site advertised that thry had the product in stock so i purcaded paying a higher price than other stores. Did not hear back so called 3 days later to find they have to order from suppliet. No tracking information given. Item arrived broken and they are slow to respind

I found this establishment very professional. Impressive
Very nice young man at the counter in the showroom. I went in to fetch a part needed, but had it in my head that I really wanted to just buy a new mower. I got the feeling that the young man may have been new, or a bit unsure of himself, however with such a pleasant manner. He would be a credit to any local retailer to employ.
These guys go out of their way to offer great service and they know what the're talking about. New mower is great, should have upgraded years ago.
