Opening in 2017, The Metrotel will be New Plymouth's newest accommodation offering. We've designed it with our guests in mind and have included amenities like spacious rooms with self-contained kitchens, free wifi and Sky TV, off-street parking, and even USB chargers. Room was contemporary, well layed out & well appointed. Nice to have a balcony and the bed & linen was spot on. Great location  with walking distance to central activities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Central location, clean and roomy. Good facilities.

Generous size room. Only complaint was noisy neighbours in the hallway otherwise we were very content. Great bathroom, comfy seats and nice fit out.

It was just perfect.. I was served by Rajiv. He did an awesome service... I traveled with family reached at night but my room was ready..... So happy.. Very clean.. Spacious N friendly atmosphere

Terrible sound transmission had no sleep due to a school trip staying. Shame as the hotel had good staff and facility but was let down by inappropriate construction and loud guests
