Anyone wanting to develop a more peaceful mind and be able to deal with the stresses and difficulties of everyday life will find something helpful at these classes.
Great place to meditation
A genuinely friendly group of Buddhist practitioners and a lovely teacher who helps guide me through meditations. I have received lots of practical advice at the centre to help me with regular problems and find greater meaning living life in the modern world. Definitely recommend!
I'm very impressed with the people I have met through attending mediation classes at this centre. Very friendly, helpful and understanding. One can attend the meditation classes & not be a Buddhist, although references will be made to some teaching.
Little oasis in the heart of Auckland - I found the teachings very practical and helpful on how to improve our state of mind in our busy lives, definitely worth a visit!
