I have been a patron for a couple of months because of my neck mobility. Back then, I had no idea what therapy I needed. They did not took advantage and helped figure out who should I need to see. I would highly recommend anyone who needs help with mobility — most especially the deep tissue massage.
I contacted the Health Hub when I was unsure what treatment I needed to help. I was recommended to see Sam the Chiropractor and was able to get an appointment at a convenient time around my working hours. After my first appointment I instantly noticed an improvement and was given recommendations for exercises to do at home to continue the treatment. I would highly recommend and even booked my partner an appointment to deal with his shoulder issue.
Absolutely amazing. Cured my muscular lower back pains. Tina is absolutely amazing. Has also given me some great advice for avoidance and general health improvement. Very relaxing and friendly environment. Cannot recommend enough
I couldn't recommend the Health Hub highly enough...I have been seeing Sam for a while and more recently Tina. During all of my visits I have been very impressed with the depth of knowledge on offer and the extremely professional treatments. The environment is very well presented and is very welcoming. Any issues I've visited with have been treated and resolved...I come away feeling brand new .
Absolutely fantastic service. I have had knee pain for a number years and could not shift it with stretching, yoga and pilates alone. My first consultation with Sam highlighted a number of problems that was contributing to the pain I was experiencing. I have now had four visits to Sam since September and I cannot believe the difference in not only my knee but hips and hamstrings. During my visits to clinic Sam works on the areas of impingement and then advises what I need to do at home to compliment his work. I cannot thank Sam enough and I have no hesitation in recommending the services of The Health Hub.
I can’t praise the Health Hub enough. After trying various therapists with no luck, I was in a lot of pain with a back injury and felt like I was stuck with the pain. After a recommendation I met the wonderful team and thanks to Sam, Jodie and Georgie I have regained confidence, movement and I’m pain free! Jodie was fantastic and reassuring and she used needling to reduce inflammation and tension. For the past year I have been working with Georgie, completing recovery Pilates. Her patience and encouragement has been phenomenal - I genuinely wouldn’t be where I am in my recovery without her and I’m now back to doing all my normal activities. Thank you Health Hub Team xxx
Sam is awesome. He has made such a massive difference to my back and neck pain. And everyone at Health Hub is so friendly and helpful, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
My first experience at The Health Hub was wonderful from the moment I stepped through the door. The staff are all extremely kind and relaxed and can't do enough to help. I look forward to my next appointment which I am sure will speedily put me right. I rate them exceptional!
8 weeks ago I was facing an MRI scan for my neck. Went to Health Hub. No MRI needed and now have full mobility in my neck. Fantastic
I went to Health Hub - Kirk - back in March Due to breaking my ankle in 2018 my right leg had become very weak Working with Kirk over last 5 months, a weakness built up over 3 years is almost back to normal strength So happy - been hard work - but worth it
