Ross and his team have always dealt with me in a great manner and is very helpful. The Lott has a variety of caravans on offer, with all budgets catered for. He has also donated on several occasions a caravan to the Te Runga Scout Group to use for various functions! What a great and generous attitude...thanks Ross & team
Rented a minivan for a day. Excellent customer service, picking us up at our accommodation and letting us leave the vehicle at the train station.
Car we were given to use, had Lotts of ants all over the dashboard.
Caravan filthy had not been cleaned for months light fixtures broken customer service thumbs down
Difficult to contact by phone. Dirty office. Hire vehicle not full of petrol. Not really good value for money.
