So luxurious! Even in the middle of winter these hot pools are a delight. They are so well done with heaps of different zones to discover and relax in all with varying temperatures. It feels like you are surrounded in nature. You pay extra for towel hire and a locker, or you can just stash your stuff nearby to your chosen possy. There is poolside service for drinks and platters and the restaurant is divine. You need to book way in advance to secure a day spa spot as they are so popular.
My partner and I purchased romance duo package and couldn’t recommend it enough. The cocktails and antipasto platters were delicious. The poolside service was second to none! Our evening massage left us feeling extremely relaxed. Huge compliments to the staff and therapists. We will definitely be returning!!
A nice small paradise in the Coromandel. Massage and Fijian products were great 5/5 Pools are clean and well maintained 5/5 Locker room and showers 3/5 Staff and Service 5/5 Products 5/5 Did not have had time to eat but looked good from far the others plates I look forward to return and it is not crowded at all. Price is acceptable and not over the top. A nice experience overall.
Super cool venue, in the middle of the suburbs so wasn't expecting it. Good vibes, staff are great, drinks are delicious and food was good too. They serve you whilst in the pool so you can drink and enjoy at the same time. Would love to go back on a rainy day
This place is absolutely worth the money. We just went with the most budget tickets but was still an amazing experience. Feels like you could be in Hawaii surrounded by tropical plants and perfectly warm water. There are three pools a freezing cold one, a moderate and super hot one, so something for everyone.
Love this place! So relaxing with beautiful tropical trees and flowers surrounding the pools. Definitely worth the $60 entry. The poolside cocktails were great too.
A fabulous place to visit is very tropical reminds me of Balli. The hot pools are relaxing to soak in. Cold drinks,.cocktails and a platter of food can be enjoyed while soaking in the pools. Also a restaurant our lunch was delicious. Highly recommend
Absolutely incredible experience! From the pools to the day spa, this place truly is something special. The food and cocktails are delicious too. You really do feel like you've gone to the islands, such a magical place.
A gorgeous oasis that provides an idyllic sanctuary from the summer sun. A variety of pools to soak in with poolside service offering a quenching cocktail to enjoy. We expected the restaurant to be an afterthought rather than a standout but we were pleasantly surprised to find that the food was one of the highlights of our Whitianga stay. Of particular note was the garlic bread - chosen on a whim but proved to be one of the most delicious things I’ve tasted. Excellent mains, well presented and full of flavour, we’re finished off with a deconstructed affogato. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Coromandel.
This place has amazing potential. Sadly service falls short. The cavern they’ve sculpted is amazing! They’ve created an awesome oasis. However there were piles of empty cocktail glasses next to the pool, servers were coming to get people new drinks and not removing the dishes that were piling up poolside. This really took away from the atmosphere. The changing room was also a huge mess when I entered. Hair and towels all over the floor. I expected this place to be A LOT cleaner. There was also no communication about the pools being different temperatures. I spent my first hour in the cave pool thinking man this water is barely warm. Maybe it’s because of the rain. But no, the hot pool is around the corner. No one told me this.
