I have been coming here for years and it just gets better and better. On Friday we booked a group of 8 and we weren't disappointednAmazing staff so professional and very helpful. Lovely food and the location and the ambiance is so refreshing. Good way to unwind from city life. From us all we thank youuuu and we are so grateful. This is a magic place, the Staff were so nice pleasant and smiling. Best Staff I’ve seen in a long time ,the pools were great and with the lights at night made it very romantic for me and my partner the time slots made it not too crowded and no kids very cool.nThe food I found was ok but I had the pork belly and the sauce was very rich over powering and their was nothing too cleanse the taste a bit, a little bit off coleslaw untainted by the sauce would have made it nThe Massage was fantastic I’m am sure I fell a sleep maybe nA++++nHighly recommend
Wow!!! This place is an absolute gem! The landscaping and all the work that has gone into it, the NZ native tree plantings, swing bridge, cave with crystal s and several different temperature pools to lounge around in. You can tell this was a real labour of love! We got the $70 combo of swim and dinner. Loved the poolside service of ordering cocktails, very spoilt. We ordered the burgers for dinner, they were delicious with caramelised onions and pickles. A side of yummy chips to! Thanks team, we will definitely be back!
A hidden gem at Whitianga. Lots of parking. Convenient location. Water was a bit cooler than expected. Very unique and surrealistically designed pools.
I was really lucky that I called and checked my booking as it had been booked in for the wrong day and she found my booking in the Sunday, and there were no spaces left for the actual day I had asked for. Changed the day to Friday instead of Saturday for our spa treatment. Holly greeted us. She was super lovely. She then handed us over to Kiri, who was just as lovely. We went for a soak and found the water was quite cooler than we thought it would be. Found the hottest pool and soaked there till our treatment. It was quite packed with people, which still was OK. The treatment at the spa was breathtaking, and the ladies were so kind. Highly recommend! After the spa treatment, the pools were even more busy, so we sat inside and didn't finish our swim. We ordered the antipasto platter, which was gluten-free with rice crackers instead of gluten crackers, and they wanted to charge us an extra $5 for that! I argued that for less than one row of crackers, I was not paying an extra $5. They took it off the bill, which they were charging as gluten-free bread on the docket. I feel that was a bit of a joke. Rice crackers are so cheap! Nothing else on the platter was different from the gluten platter other than the crackers. To finish on a positive note, they sell really good Pure Fiji brand also. So, we went home with body lotion.
