Brought my car in for a service earlier this week, best customer service I've ever had from a mechanic! Told them I am a student and they gave me all the options available, didn't fix things without letting me know, happy with the price at the end! All my flatmates are now bring their cars in for a service too. :
My car is my office so it needs to be in top shape, but going to the franchises just got too expensive & sometimes I wanted second hand parts rather than new. At The Local Garage Daz gave me the high end & low end option which I appreciated. His team treated me with transparency & I did not feel ''ripped'' off. I was given a courtesy call quote before repairs began & along with the courtesy car, having my beloved Jag was not as bad as previous experiences! Thanks lads I will be back :
I purchased a car few weeks ago from a car dealer and I was looking for mechanic to inspect it. The Local Garage was recommended to me by my classmate and I'm glad I availed their service for a post-purchase inspection. Otherwise, I would not have known that my car have some issues which were not raised by my car dealer's inspector and that my safety would be compromised later on. Darryl was straightforward with his assessment of my car. I also appreciate the fact that Darryl extended his service by talking to my car dealer in my behalf and discussed the issues he found on my car. He certainly made his point clear as my car is now booked by my car dealer for parts replacement. I will definitely return to The Local Garage.
Awesome service - managed to get my brakes replaced in about 3 hours total. Life saver over easter weekend. The team was super professional, friendly and very transparent about costs. Highly reccomended and will be my go-to mechanic going forward! Thanks again.
We take all our vehicles here for service and have been for several years now. They always take great care of us and are honest and we know that our vehicles are safe in their hands and when they return them to us. Great service all around!!
Completed initial WOF inspection but could not be contacted for the final inspection. Supposedly operating as a mechanic from home but a week of missed phone calls speaks different.
I have been there for transmission oil change for my car. The owner is a great person. He is honest and professional. He does not see you as an ATM. His focus is customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this shop.
Had some problems with my ml63 Mercedes, the local garage saw me on the spot as a drive in and had me back on the road faster than I thought. I have recommended three of my close friends to go there and see dazz and the team and all where very happy with the professional service. Will keep recommending the local garage to my friends. A+++
Fantastic communication and workmanship from Daz and his team at The Local Garage. These guys went the extra mile to get my Subaru up and running to mint condition, all the while taking the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car...as up until then I had no idea about the ins and outs of what was going on under the hood! Happy to have these guys as my 'local garage' now!
