Buyer beware after waiting 8 weeks talking on the phone and emails to be sure she knew exactly how we wanted the castings framed we requested a gold and black frame with a photo in the center with the castings on each side of the photo but what we received looked nothing like we ordered receiving a scratched up black frame with no photo when we asked what happened she said it must of been a mix up. But it honestly seemed like she didn't have the time for it. The frame looked like it was found in a junk draw. being our last memento of our daughter my partner was heartbroken in tears. Wound not recommend
Beautiful castings and beautiful framing. The process of casting was a breeze, the business owner was lovely and professional and baby seemed to enjoy the experience.nnWould highly recommend!
Product it’s ok. But lady been said it’s gonna be ready in 3weeks and it’s took 2months and half.nI rang her and text few times with lack of answer. And some excuses once she got the phone answer.nApparently frame been wrong measurements and coming from Auckland took more than a week.nNot serious personnThanks
The casting is gorgeous. Was a bit of a delay and would have been good to have been kept informed without having to ask for updates but the final product was definitely worth the wait.
