Just watched a story on The Hui about how this company left a family in the dark for 5-6 months because of someone else's account. Its like expecting me to pay a bill for the previous tenant of the new rental i just moved into, thats just not how things work. What a terrible way to treat people and the way staff treated this woman over phone even though they're just puppets with no empathy or guts to try and make an effort for her. And if that's how the employees act, then management must be a real bunch of empty money grabbing souls. Absolutely horrible people.
How incredibly disheartening to know this company ignored a mothers cry for help. Lorna & her 5 children beg for help for almost half a year for this company to connect their power! This company has inhumanly failed this family! 5 children all under 14yrs suffer long cold winters nights without power, without warm water to bathe. I cannot Fathom this companies incompetence and lack of empathy!
I hope people consider shifting to other power companies. Surely this can not be the only provider in the area. It's a simple process, and I guarantee the other companies will welcome the business so will be more than accommodating to help you shift. More than I can say about this company.
This company is deceitful and low IQ operation. After I watched the traumatized mother went through half a year without power, this company are very corrupt and default of running as a business service for the community. This company do not care about services they only serving for themselves. This company should disband and close down for goods. Plse do not ever get join this companynThey are as corrupt as hell.
Puts protocols over people. You left a family living in survival mode because you had no sympathy to offer the bare minimum. Do better!
