If I had to sum up this place in one word: ‘magical’nLisa is a wee gem. Perched amongst the gods and where you will get to see the most spectacular views is ‘The Light Room’.nSuch a slice of paradise that transports your mind, body and soul to a place of pure relaxation. My husband and I booked for the couple’s infrared sauna, cold plunge and bio crystal mat.nWe were warmly welcomed, Lisa is very knowledgeable and explained; how the treatments work, their benefits and a proposed course of how to tackle the 3 different treatments. There were aromatic lotions & potions, some tasty wee morsels and water/electrolytes provided. We spent 2 blissful hours in heaven before we were sadly bought back to reality. Thank you for sharing you space with us. We were literally walking on clouds when we left. We will be back
Lisa was very accommodating and runs an clean operation. Very peaceful, picturesque and is a great place to unwind after a stressful week.
