Beautiful cafe with amazing breakfast options. A family/ Couple/ Group place. Tasty food and good service. PS- sometimes they mix up the orders, so beware if you have any food allergies.
Came here for dinner. The food was tasty. Entrees came out pretty quick and mains roughly 15min later, which wasn't bad considering how busy they were. Pays to be here around 6pm at latest as they can run out of beef and chicken if they get unexpectedly busy. Parking: There is more available parking behind the iSite building. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the front of the building as well as an entrance at the parking lot behind the iSite building.
Great little place I had the big breakfast, kids had pancakes and old mate had the homemade pies. All was spot on! The fried egg with the pancakes was off putting for the girls but our boy loved it! Toilets were tidy and clean and view was perfect! Food was nice hot and on time! Lovely spot for a coffee as well! Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food and drinks Parking: Plenty of parking no issues
Gluten free options here, bread can be swapped out and some sweet treats on display caramel slice and brownie. Really enjoyed the caramel slice. Also enjoyed our BLTs and coffee. Lovely people who run the Cafe too very welcoming and eager to please. Would recommend. Dietary restrictions: Coeliac
The restaurant/cafe has a really nice atmosphere, a large indoor seating area and a balcony to view the ocean on a good day. I didn't try the food as I'm vegan and they had no options. However, they had a couple of gluten free products in the cabinet. I'm sure they would do hot chips? I asked for a large coffee but I'm sure I received a medium as I then witnessed another customer with a larger takeaway cup. The coffee was a bit too hot and tasted slightly burnt so I'm a little disappointed. I have dined here once before and I can say that their Thai food is really good. I did takeaway that time.
Unpleasant service. Attended for a lunch with my family. Was served a meat pie instead of vegetarian. Politely explained to the counter that there was a mix up. Had someone from the kitchen come up to me, point a finger at me and say it was my fault. Was then told I shouldn’t have been bothering the waitress even though I just suggested it might have been my dish whilst she was wandering around trying to find the table. Wouldn’t recommend.
Perfect spot for lunch or breakfast! We went here every day we were in town. The satay was delicious, and the brekky options were amazing. Great coffee, good view of the water, and friendly staff.
A beautiful cafe overlooking Hokianga Harbour, along with some of the best Hollandaise Eggs around. It was one of the nicest mornings in my recent memory taking in the views. All that, and with a marvelous staff! There are few in the far north that could even compete, thank you so much Landing Cafe.Food: 5/5
The all day breakfast is delicious from there day time menu. Good service at a excellent location with lovely scenic view while eating your food. Highly recommend dining here.
Wow excellent selection of food. Seafood pie was yummy. Good range of slices. Service great. Sat on the deck outside enjoying the ocean view. Plenty of good parking
