The Hub is a convenient block of local shops close to me which caters for most aspects of retail business. I feel that an atm would be a major asset here as the Hub is also close to Coastlands and the nearest atm currently is some distance away.
Good range of shops. We'll maintained Exeloo toilets. But it's a collection of box stores with all entrances exposed to the elements, so wind, rain and heat discourage going there at times., depending on the season.
