The Hornby Hub is an absolute gem! The diverse range of shops and eateries caters to all tastes. The mall's elegant design and spacious layout make for a delightful shopping experience. Very good place for shopping, the stores offer high quality products and the staff are very nice and friendly . The food court has very delicious food that is high quality. Though they have a lot of parking Spaces available, still parking can be a challenge during peak hours. It is a good shopping and restaurant area. Could have designed it better and more options have to be there to increase footfall.
Great mall, always clean and tidy. Good variety of shops. Car park gets very full and spaces are a bit narrow. Bathrooms always fresh and clean.

When visiting we try to support business in Hornby but won't be back because of parking and Wilson's parking enforcement. Just slightly late back to vehicle and slapped with a parking fine. Will now avoid the mall at Hornby and unfortunately won't be supporting the businesses in the area.
Big shopping mall in Hornby residential and industrial areas , very crowded during holiday / sunday / weekend , parking lots are enough / sufficient for customer during non peak hours . Substandard wifi recipient in this shopping mall provided , No signal when going inside the mall . The quality of goods are acceptable , the selling prices are very expensive . Two japanese foods stalls could be found in the food court , only 1 Chinese food stall , 3 cafe shops in this mall with general muffin and cakes , the quality of foods are acceptable , but the selling prices of each hot or cold foods are expensive , no special recoommendation . Three bankers with ATM are in the mall as well .
The palce doen't really have much stuff in there and most of the stuff isn't stuff you want. There are alot of kids after school and they are scary so I dont really go around there. The homeless people that live around there are so many and something really needs to be done about that. Also would hit pretty good in there was a better set up in the mall if it's even called a mall

In the heart of hornby, good range of shops with a mall that isn't huge. Nice well lit mall, food court is ok.
I'm pretty disgusted in how the security staff at Hornby mall today which is 8th of June 2024 how they treated a guy that was disorderly and somehow the guy ended up flat on his back on the concrete instead of rolling him over and put him into the recovery position or perform any sort of first aid they just stood there looking over him in the lady security guard was kicking his feet no ticking for pulses no nothing we were sitting in Starbucks and saw the whole situation it's disgusting we had people that were first aid trained and went and spoke to the guys to tell them to put him on the recovery position. They said they were doing first aid no the person that told them about putting them in the recovery position said no because we have been watching you.All staff should be first aid trained or they should let somebody who is help them out until the ambulance gets their pretty disheartened by this is this is our community it doesn't matter what the person is done or what where they've come from everyone deserves to be looked after.
