very poor customer service and non responsive to emails. I purchased a rice cooker and it stopped working after 2 cooks. They were suppose to get in a new part but its months later and I have had no contact.
Be careful of buying at this place as they may sell you items that are discontinued and therefore you will find it hard to obtain any spare parts. After sales customer service unfortunately non-existing.
