Pastry taken to the next level. I love the selection of savoury pastries, including unexpected creations such as eggplant pastry, spinachella, savoury monkey's mess. Don't forget to try home made jam - it is thick and flavoursome, real hit for a takeaway. The coffee is great and both indoor and outdoor sitting areas are cozy and fun. Great fast service with a smile.
Always good. Love the ham and cheese croissant chocolate croissant and the danishes not always available. Also enjoy the sausage roll which def grows on you the more you eat it. Typically Asian palate - find these sweet ones too sweet - almond croissant, cinnamon swirl.
Made a trip from the West to Manly to visit this bakehouse! Although the croissant was sold out, we tried the Berry Danish and Sausage Roll. The pastry was very crisp and light. Personally prefer the sausages to be more in tact, but the flavours in the Danish was nicely balanced! It's worth a visit
The best croissant in the city. This bakery is one of my favourite. It has different flavours and tasty pastries both savoury & sweet. I have came here four times and will come again and again when I think in unique tasty flavours
Amazing space, very new age coffee shop but still got a personal feel to it, coffee was okay. I think the cappuccino is the way to go, I got latte and was it too milky for me. However the star is the food, genuinely wanted it all, I got the sausage roll with tomato chutney and its a delight to behold.
Pastries here are delicious and creative! I love their garlic knot and cinnamon scroll. Specials are always pretty cool too. Service can be a bit of a hit and miss, from my experience at least.
Tucked away in an alley, Rollers Bakehouse is a hidden gem. These were definitely the best pastries I have ever eaten in Sydney. The pain au chocolate was a soft charcoal croissant with chocolate oozing from the centre. The cinnamon scroll was flaky, crispy and succulent. There are an array of creative choices on display. I could have eaten my way through everything.
The essence of a croissant is its butteriness and crispness; these were neither buttery nor crispy. The filling was just sweet and not creamy and fresh. They seemed to be baked daily but everything tasted and felt like it’s been sitting on the counter for days. The coffee was mediocre but as is all around Sydney. The service and the location is good. It is well marketed but if you are after a good croissant patissier this is not the place.
Manly alone is already an amazing spot. But within this paradise next to Sydney, you can find a very special oasis: Rollers Bakehouse. I did not only eat one croissant , or two croissants , no! I went for the full Monty and ate three croissants, savory and sweet, and enjoyed a super delicious filter coffee [batch brew] with it. The atmosphere was super easy going, totally chill and I had an amazing chat with an “old friend” that I haven’t seen for ages. Thank you so much for this great encounter. I also loved the grove, the interior design and the store next door. The barista was not only super cool looking. They were all super friendly and spreader super positive vibes. THANK YOU SO MUCH .
Hidden local gem . We just tried their COFFEE & WALNUT SNAIL pastry filled with espresso cream and dipped in nuts - so delicious! Otherwise almond croissants are always crispy outside and soft inside, coffee is good too. Nice, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff
