This place deserves all its 5 star reviews and more!! We came at 10am and it was already busy, but the atmosphere calm. We got the coaster and the chicken half sandwiches - both fresh, decadent and delicious, if we had to choose - we preferred the coaster. Friendly service, definitely recommend!
Always thought “how good can sandwich taste” and boy… this place showed me how good sandwiches can taste Bought two halves Chicken and Coaster and it was enough to fill me and my husband’s stomach. Bread was soft, vegetables blended in really well and nicely with the meat. It was really good!
A hidden gem in Hokitika. The sandwiches are fresh and full of flavour, the coffee has a comforting homemade taste, and the ambience is calm and inviting. A great place to escape the noise and enjoy good food
One of the best fish sandwiches I’ve ever had! Fresh, perfectly cooked fish with amazing flavors. Hokitika Sandwich Company absolutely nailed it. A must-try if you’re in town!
Great service and sandwiches. Staff were kind and offer to split our half sandwich for us for ease of sharing. The tea was unique and quite memorable part of our short visit to Hokitika.
