The Happy Eclectic is part of a cluster of online businesses opening in 2014 belonging to a husband and wife team, Lara and Gavin.
Lara managed her own women's clothing shop, online business and a bridal boutique for a number of years before moving out of the city with her husband and into small coastal community in the Far North. Realising the large gap in the market for affordable clothing that wasn't run of the mill and purchased from department stores, Lara set about researching the market, re-establishing links with her former suppliers and investigating new avenues of supply. As an avid 'op-shopper,' Lara knows that there is real value in buying quality preloved clothing, and loves the thrill of finding quality garments that are fun and quirky.
By selling online instead of through a physical store, The Happy Eclectic is able to keep our operating costs at a minimum, which means we are able to pass the savings on to our customers by keeping our prices low and competitive.
Realising the importance of making the buyer feel safe in their internet shopping experience is important to the 'Happy' team - especially as our first time buyers may have had unfortunate experiences in the past. Our aim is to ensure that the whole experience beginning with browsing our page, through to receiving purchased items promptly, receives a 5 star rating from our customers.
Measurements are available for all of the items listed. Please request them if you are wanting to make a purchase to ensure the garment will fit you. Refunds are available only if there is a fault with the item that has not been mentioned in the listing. In this instance, we must be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item and it must be returned within 7 days for us to examine. However, we check each item carefully so we do not anticipate any problems. Great service is our aim.
