This place is an absolute joke! I’d give 0 stars if I could. I asked for my cocker spaniel to be trimmed as tight as possible and all he got was a wash and around his paws trimmed nothing off the rest of his body and probably looked worse than before he went in and got changed £45 for something I could have done at home in 15 minutes. Why can’t people do what they are asked and paid to do. Won’t be booking here again. Biggest waste of £45 I’ve ever spent
Took my puppy in for a puppy groom, which they charged me £25 quid for and took a £15 deposit a huge proportion of the total cost but fine. Wasn’t that impressed as they only bathed and dried her which I could’ve done at home, I do understand to some extent puppies need to adjust to it but she was done within 25 mins so it didn’t feel like they spent much time trying. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked her in for another puppy groom, tried to call many times to rearrange but no answer so turned up to my scheduled appointment to find the place closed. Was informed one groomer had left and the other was on long term sick but I’d not been contacted to tell me this. £15 deposit was returned on request.
What a terrible service! Booked way in advance, they gave me a call to get the deposit which I happily paid. A few days before the appointment, I received a text that they have cancelled the appointment due to "unforseen circumstances". Went on their booking system only to find out that the earliest is now September I was booked for July 2. I can't wait until Sept as my dog has long hair and needs grooming often. Tried calling them several times but no answer. Eventually I gave up and booked an appointment from another shop Poochie Parlour for next week without issues. This Groom Room will only contact you if they want your money, but they ignore you for everything else. Will never use their service again!
Our pup looked so handsome after his groom here. You can tell the staff love dogs so much which was reassuring as he doesn’t usually like to be separated from me, but he was fine - that’s saying something!!
Fabulous groom on my dog .really knowledgeable groomer .costs too much money for a groom is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars but really happy with how he looks.
Probably thr best grooming place we've been to. They took such great care of our dog, he's normally really scared but they took extra care and he was so much happier when we picked him up than normal. 100% coming back soon!
Great service from Kelly. Rolo was extremely happy with his groom.. highly recommended
Good value for money with a quick and friendly service.
Cannot fault this place as they go above and beyond to ensure that my Bonnie is well looked after.
