Second time here having pizzas since the new owners, we are locals and have been enjoying the pizzas here for years not any longer though. recommend going over the road to off piste or heading into 5 mile where dominos are $5 a pizzas. We tried the pulled pork pizza where 5 of the slices had no pork on them and the meat lovers pizza which had more red onion on it than it had meat. $12 for a cheesy Garlic Bread pictured you can buy 2 for $4.50 at the supermarket. Only one wee speck of cheese on it
Waiter spilt the coffee as he carried it out and then just walked away with no attempt to clean the saucer, Coffee was cold, and when sent back took ages to come back with the fresh warmer ones, clearly putting them to the back of the queue and one of the coffees was completely forgotten. Food was also cold. plenty of better options nearby.
Service was alright, coffee was nice. However, be careful about the "award winning" cheese rolls!! Don't let them trick you, I bet it's in the most disappointing cheese roll ever category... give the carrot cake a go.
I ordered Salmon hash as a breakfast and It’s very salty I can’t taste anything but salt. I like salty food usually but this is salt hash. Do not try..... Expensive and doesn’t know how to cook properly.. We heard the other table complaining of their food. Well Service was nice.
Great pizza and I also went to a band night on the Friday which I heard they have every Friday night. Great night out and one of the members was Dave Gent from the legendary NZ band The Exponents. Unbelievable
Long wait for 2 simple meals when there were only 2 other people in the bar. Service was poor and after waiting 40mins for our meals they mucked them up. Not to mention one looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for over an hour. Wouldn't recommend at all
Coffee was great, nice taste even with 3 shots.... Mmmmmm........... Scones are big and well priced
Very nice cafe. Staff were very friendly, date scones were lovely. Will pass by again next time :
