Experienced, very sociable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable team. Excellent build quality, tidy install and innovative automatic gate solutions. Absolutely delighted with the product, safe and secure. I would highly recommend.
Brilliant service up front but extremely poor aftercare. I would not use this company again. 2x gates installed into new build property, front gate override key not left on site and haven’t been back to drop off or even post to address. Requested numerous times as it is a shared gate. Back gate not fit for purpose. Cladded gate design chosen, fitted two years and and for the full duration of the install any sort of hot weather and the gates will not operate. The boards and rubber tracks expand and part and the gates basically have to be held together to stop them falling to bits. So can not be used during the summer. Numerous conversations with Simon and photos provided but no aftercare or resolution. Presumably not willing to drive 40 minutes for repairs.
1419 rang and spoke to Petra and reported gates needed a repair - Petra requested photos of necessary repair which were sent at 1458. Petra rang at 1527 to say Simon on his way. By 1648 Simon had repaired the gate - received my invoice - paid it and received receipt back by email. Two and a half hours - brilliant service.
The company responded very rapidly when we rang them with a problem with our automatic gates. Simon the company owner was with us within the hour. He identified the problem within minutes and also identified a ‘bodge’ that had disabled a key safety system withe the gates. Within 2 hours we had safe working gates and additional openers that we desperately needed. Simon was courteous, clearly highly skilled and a great person to be around. I can not recommend them highly enough. Simply outstanding.
Simon attended today in my emergency situation. He was very kind, calm and repaired my garage roller door very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
We had a new garage door fitted this morning by Lee we only had it priced up yesterday by Simon. Absolutely fantastic job we could not be more pleased with it what a difference it makes. Many thanks to Petra who is the receptionist who has been very helpful in arranging everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing work done quickly and efficiently.
These people really do know their business. They're confident in their own abilities, and able to respond quickly to customers' needs with practical solutions to circumstances. Reasonably priced too for the level of expertise that they bring to the table. They fitted my new gate motor, and quickly adapted my garage door control so that it functions from the same remote control. Since then they have returned and added a wifi control system which monitors the movements of gatecand garage door from an app on my phone. Great service
I had my driveway gates supplied and fitted by Simon in 2014.. Beautiful gates and have only just had a hiccup after 7 years hard use.. Simon came out the next day and sorted the problem new motors needed and a good service etc.. Also supplied and fitted a new wireless intercom system that is a big improvement on the old wired system. I would highly recommend Simon and his company to anyone considering using them... Great service from a company who cares.

Extremely efficient. Simon was very knowledgeable and friendly. Seems trustworthy. Really pleased with job done. Gate running better than when originally fitted by another company 12 years ago.
