It was my first time dining here. The service was great. I ordered fish and it tasted fine, but not somethingexceptional. It was more like a pub food. It seems quite a big establishment but restaurants portion was almost empty, maybe it was a bit late when we had dinner, 8 pm. Their pub part was crowded though. Overall, environment was great.
Really good food there just the service was a bit…nHad to wait and ask for a table even there wasn’t many customers two staff were just standing and watching…
We've been dining here most Thursday evenings for the steak special. We've tried other places but they don't really match up in quality, service or atmosphere. They are always relaxed and happy and it's a pleasure to visit. We've been loyal customers with 3 hand overs and changes in management over many years and never disappointed.
Have been getting the loaded fries for a long time now. Always 10/10. Perfectly crunchy golden fries, generous amounts of cheese and bacon. But the last 4 times I’ve visited, not the same. Chips taste like leftover chips from a fish and chip store, laughable amounts of toppings. Every time I visit I was happily giving them my money for this meal but as of now I will no longer be visiting as they last 4 times including now I have been let down and regret paying for them. Hopefully someone sees this and takes a look at the drop in quality, and to fix it.
Great food lunch. Half a rack of pork ribs was a very generous portion and the meat fell off the bone. My husband had lambs fry and really enjoyed it.nService was excellent.nWell done team!
