Popped in to discuss if they could help feed a large group for the following night. The owner was extremely helpful and took the time to run through the options including what would be the best option for value for money. Prices were great! We fed over 20 people for $190 with plenty left over and these were teenagers too. Discussed dietary requirements and they were able to accommodate everything. When I went to pick it up, they had a it all organised into meal boxes for everyone and it was all fresh. Chips were great and fish was large and beautifully cooked. I got recommended this place from a local and they definitely delivered.
Wow, just moved to Katikati and think we've found the best takeaway fish and chips. Plus chips are real chips not processed frozen chips. Bonus my partner was waiting in the car and they brought our order to our car.nThank you The Fish Cove.
We just moved from Rangiuru to Katikati and there was a good mixed Chinese / fush and chips in Te Puke. However, The Fish Cove was a step up. The fish was fresh and delicious and the REAL chips were a hit back at the house. Especially liked the owner telling me would be 20 mins wait. Went and sat in the car outside and after 14 minutes he came out with our meal wrapped and ready to go - now that is real service. Amazing, well done The Fish Cove.
Im based in Auckland and happens to stumble upon this place. I’m usually not a fan of fish and chips but this place is just amazing, the fish is fresh, including the batter!! Would highly recommend to go to the fish cove if you want the best fish and chips in New Zealand. Also great customer service!!
