This is our first log burner and from start to finish we were kept up to date. We had great advice in the shop and within an hour of deciding to go for it we had a visit from their experienced fitters and a quote. The job turned out to be a bit more complex than first thought but all problems were sorted. We went for the Heta Inspire 5 and are very happy. Very friendly and professional service and happy to recommend.

These guys were amazing in fitting our wood burner. Can't recommend enough. We hit some pretty major issues half way through the installation, but Hywel and his dad helped us sort it out, they even liased with the roofer on our behalf which made my life so much easier. Excellent workmanship and communication throughout.

Excellent service from the team. We had 2 gas fires and replaced them with 2 log burners. They took care of everything, from the removal of the fires, plastering the chimney breast, fitting the liners and chimney pots and then the hearths and log burners. All this in just over a week. Highly recommended

Amazing service and professional throughout. From first contact and discussing the options to setting a date and installation. Great sound advice The wood burner is incredible. The installation was not an easy one Very old heavy cast iron duel water and fuel heat and no easy access to the roof. Nothing that the lads could not deal with. If you need a replacement or new wood burner fitted dont look anywhere else

We had an old fireplace removed and replaced with a Heta wood burner, best money we have spent. A really excellent job. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them.
