Amazing service and great pricing. Really enjoyed steamed bao bun and mashed potato. Signature lamb shoulder was great, crispy on the outside and tender inside. Would come again for the duck roll as many people ordered it XD
Definitely recommend booking in advance as it gets quite busy ! The lam shoulder is definitely worth ordering and cauliflower! Recommend this place !
We had such a good night at the Fat Farmer. We’ve lived in Palmy for a year now and it was our first time visiting - can’t believe we haven’t made it sooner - we are already planning our next visit. Georgia was our waitress, she was amazing, very helpful, attentive and lovely. We started with a round of the cocktail special - cranberry lime and passion fruit we brainstormed a name - something along the lines of Cr-ime of Passion - definitely would order it if it is on the menu. We loved the $65 set menu - the goats cheese was a stand out! We shared the cheesecake to finish - the lemon balm sorbet was unreal and unlike anything we had ever tried. We enjoyed Fat Farmer. We were outside and they brought out blankets as it was a bit nippy. Interesting concept of smaller tasting dishes to be shared. The goat cheese with honey was divine but my husband wished he had a teaspoon to scoop up all that delightful sauce.Food: 5/5
Great food, Tapas style but with quite large plates. Staff were good but a couple of times we had to chase up drinks orders. Was busy that night.Food: 5/5
Hmm, food good but main beef sirloin was very average, esp for the price/stated quality. All other dishes yums. My husband paid the bill and when we got home found he'd paid another table's account which was twice our bill. Took 2 trips back to get it right, which the manager sorted out but cripes, check your bill!!Food: 4/5
Wow!! Just fabulous. I've been drawn to this place for some time and chose to eat tonight for a special occasion with friends and family! The service was outstanding, friendly, helpful! The food was incredible. I cannot wait to go back!

This is a great place for a lovely beer and a fantastic meal. The lamb shoulder is a must have. The cauliflower asparagus and couscous were excellent dishes to accompany the lamb. This established would rival the best in any of out big city's without a doubt. I can highly recommend spending some of your time and money at The Fat Farmer.
Food was amazing. Highly recommend the pork bar, roasted cauliflower and broccolini! Really great portions sizes. Shared between 3 x and still had leftovers! Bit crowded during level 2 and no sign in registration or hand sanitizer that we could see? But great service and food regardless
