I do a lot of shipping and so I’ve been to many different NZ Post outlets. Hobsonville Point Pharmacy is amazing! Much better than the others. I think you should go there to get your prescriptions filled, or just to say hi. They’re soooo nice :

Ally firstly  is a stunning human and an incredible professional Pharmacist!  I forgot to review before leaving the Point but have been prompted today as I needed to get a parcel that was delivered to our old address sent to us in the Manawatu.  Of course Ally said I can organise that for you, not a problem at all!  Ally always dispensed our prescriptions with care and such a huge amount of kindness and this was witnessed to all and every customer.  An absolute shinning star in her profession!!!  If I could nominate Ally and her team if only for recognition of their dedication to the profession I absolutely would.  So polarising when you get service without the professionalism and dedication of Ally.  Hobby Point are very lucky to have you!

Incredibly friendly and helpful service. Genuinely caring pharmacists who go above and beyond with answering questions and reassuring people. A beautifully set out shop with plenty of extras on top of your usual pharmacy needs.

Very very kind and friendly people, customer experience is amazing, they even delivered it while we were self isolating.  I will visit again because I’m so happy with the service, hard to find so kind people nowadays.

Earlier this week my children dropped a letter to Santa into the Christmas postbox on the pharmacy. We hadn't included a return address on the envelope, yet Ally went to the trouble to find us in the system and call me to double check our address so the children could get a return letter from Santa! That is going above and beyond for her local community. Thanks Ally!

Customer service at its best. Ladies went beyond and above and provided great advice to reduce shipping costs and even helped with repacking my large boxes! Will go back for all my shipping and medicine needs. Very lucky to have such extraordinary local pharmacy/post office!

Ally is an exceptional pharmacist who always greets you with a friendly smile and goes the extra mile for her customers. Not just a pharmacy either. Lots of great quality products and gifts in store.

I cannot rave enough about the friendly, helpful, kind service I received here when i needed to hire a wheelchair.  This is definitely going to be my new pharmacy. A+++
