Lots of different , swings, slides , trampoline etc. Neat well maintained. Great for family picnic. Nice open grounds next to beach area. Clean toilets and BBQ area. Coffee shop /restaurant nearby with mini supermarket,good ice cream.
Didn't actually use the toilet, but did attend the market at the park surrounding it. The omokoroa friday night market has only been running about a month but has already doubled in size. Predominantly food, but a few stalls have started to appear. The food alone is a reason to go, great selection and it's great to sit on the beach with a dinner you didn't have to prepare and listen to the music. Great family vibe, Excellent playground alongside, and of course, a toilet !!
Does anyone think there should also be a wheelchair accessible toilet as well?. The toilet seat was broken and there were no grab rail available.
