Frozen vegetables in the vegetarian pie?? Gave them a second chance with the spinach and feta roll and it was super average. The coffee was good though I'll give them that.
Very busy place. Best selection of food I have seen. The pies were running out the door. Also the coffee was very good.
Great pastry. Filling was 90% gravy with hardly any steak or cheese. Disappointed as we've always enjoyed the pies here. We had great blue cod and chips from The Catch next door though

Steak pepper pie was virtually all gravy. Small shredded piece of meat. Very disappointed and not recommended.
Decent pies at around 5 dollars. As someone who has eaten many pies I wouldn't really class them as 'award winning'. Pastry was nice. 50 cent tomato sauce was a bit steep. Good for a cheap snack on the waterfront as most other eateries in the area are pricey.
A weekend favorite, lovely pastry selection, great service.
