Story

The Dog Retreat is a homestay, exclusively for small and small/medium dogs.

Our service is truly unique. We offer boutique lodging, and only take up to 6 guests at any time. All guests who stay with us sleep inside, and are treated like family. Play and rest times are managed with no kennels or lock-up times. This means that each dog gets lots of individual care and attention, and lots of time for cuddles. Everyone can relax and feel comfortable, including the elderly and shy. We have acres of fenced space to run and have fun with other small dogs and a homely environment to relax in.

We encourage all new guests to come and visit us before booking, so you can see if you'd be happy staying with us, and so we can see if we are suited to meet your needs.

Change can be stressful for your dog (and you) - we will look after your dog like our own, so you can both relax. We know what an honour it is to be asked to look after your dog, and we take that responsibility very seriously.
