My experience with The Doctors Red Beach has been truly heartwarming. As someone living with diabetes, I genuinely felt the care, concern, and empathy of the nurses from the very beginning of my diagnosis. Their support does not end after one appointment — they continuously check in and make me feel cared for like family.nnSpecial thanks to Nurses Rudiana and Olivia, as well as the young receptionist whose name I unfortunately forgot. Your kindness and compassion are deeply appreciated.
New doctor for me. Spacious clean place. Doctors and Nurses lovely, felt well cared for. Would be 10/10 if the receptionist smiled.
Nurse Sarah was incredibly helpful and empathetic today. Even without a proper appointment, she still went out of her way — working with her colleagues and taking the time to help me understand why I was feeling so dizzy. We saw Doctor Nipa Dani for the first time today and found her absolutely incredible. She listened to all of our concerns, provided me with evidence based advice and included my 9 year old son in the conversation the entire time. She didn’t seem to mind me asking questions and she was so kind and understanding throughout the consult. 10/10 will see her again and would recommend her to other patients also. Thank you Dr Nipa.
Very happy with my doctors care at Red Beach Doctors. She is very understanding and nice, a welcome change from doctors I’ve had in the past.nThe only problem I have encountered is with trying to make appointments via the app or website, it always says she’s fully booked for the next 6 months, even though she’s not.
