I have been with this practice for over 13 years. They used to be a local community based GP.nI’ve always had great service from everyone from the reception staff, the nurses and my GP.nI used to be able to call and have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. All they care about now is money and churning through people. The communication is appalling when it comes to everything but how they want people to pay. They certainly make sure that stuff is communicated. Everything else is a joke.nThey chop and change the rules and have completely forgotten that there are people on the other end of the coin.nI personally will be very sadly finding a new GP. Which i absolutely never wanted to do hence why I’ve stayed with Red Beach despite living far away from themnIt’s really sad and disappointing and I’m sure I’m not the only one feeling this way. I cannot imagine how difficult it is for someone who is older and perhaps not great with apps etcnThe amount of disruption and stress this practice has caused me is unbelievable.nVery very poor GP practice.
The negative reviews scared me at first but I had no choice as a non-resident to go here to treat an infected cyst, and it was actually great! Dr. Stephen Adams was so friendly and exceptionally kind. I guess I was lucky with the wait times, and this was probably a rare occurrence but I went in around 3pm and I was in and out in an hour. The nurse that saw me was very sweet and the receptionists were nice too. The other doctors I saw around the clinic seemed warm and friendly too. Thank you! :
The doctor and nurse that I saw on Friday were absolutely lovely. The receptionist, however, was horrible. How do some people get front facing jobs? She needs some serious customer service training.
Just dont bother going here, They tell you 1 hour and then 3 hours go bynnWhat they mean to tell you is an hour to speak to a nurse and then another hour to see the doctor if you are lucky.nnsome sense of urgency for an urgent care clinic would be nice!nnwhat a joke
Have been helped here for the past 2 days with a painful acute condition. Two Gps were very thorough and reassuring. Overall a very impressive and friendly service.
