Nurse Sarah was incredibly helpful and empathetic today. Even without a proper appointment, she still went out of her way — working with her colleagues and taking the time to help me understand why I was feeling so dizzy. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made such a difference. Thank you so much, Sarah!
Friendly reception team. Lovely and kind nurses. Knowledgable doctors who take the time needed to sort out my issues. Highly recommend this team.
Receptionists are rude. Charge you a fortune and cant even talk to you, make you use an app... where is the personal service or any service that you pay for? Also, don't expect an appointment until you are fully recovered
We saw Doctor Nipa Dani for the first time today and found her absolutely incredible. She listened to all of our concerns, provided me with evidence based advice and included my 9 year old son in the conversation the entire time. She didn’t seem to mind me asking questions and she was so kind and understanding throughout the consult. 10/10 will see her again and would recommend her to other patients also. Thank you Dr Nipa.
