Amazing experience this morning! Straight away was greeted by Liezl and she was amazing. Great warm smile and super inviting, made me feel so comfortable. The dentist was also lovely, very kind and didn’t try to rip me off. Highly recommend to anyone!!!
Today I had done my wisdom teeth extraction. Doc did very good job . She is so nice and also helper and receptionist is so nice . M very thankful to you guys . Without pain my wisdom teeth removed . Really I will come again for time. Highly highly recommend.
I wanted to give no star, as I attended for cleaning my teeth but instead they wounded my teeth they didn't even say anything what makes it worse, and denied that I ever came there. Also my health is damaged because of this wound. Don't ever go there, unexperience and unprofessional.
Dr Neelu is efficient, calm and extremely talented in her job. Mine was a complicated wisdom tooth extraction surgery but she did it well. Post surgery follow up are really good. Harpreet at reception is friendly and able to respond all queries efficiently. I do appreciate helping lady who was very kind during my surgery. Would definitely recommend them for service and affordability!!
Really loved my experience at this dentist. Was nervous going in as I wanted to extract two teeth. However, they numbed the right side of my mouth well. Didn’t feel any pain. They were very efficient. The staff there have a pleasant nature. Will use them from now on.
So far this has to be the best place where I got a extraction from. The lady is so lovely. I had no issues after. Definitely coming back, hopefully she's still works here.
I was planning to come here BUT when I clicked into the reviews below I discovered they are mostly paid reviewers. Pretty obvious when every reviewer each has a review for a vehicle repairer in Georgia, USA, one for a particular physio in Queenland Aust, and a review for this dentist. This really just proves to me that we can't trust the reviews on google to be honest! UPDATE - No I am not one of your customers. As I said, I was PLANNING to become a customer but when I see your reviews are mostly fake, I have changed my mind. I'm very disappointed when companies do this sort of thing.
I went there on 5th of Feb 2021 to have tooth filling done and it ended up with a wound in my mouth including gum. It got sore and swollen right after the tooth filling, I wasn’t able to eat and drink normally for several days. I went back for the doctor’s review after 1 week and according to the doctor, the wound was caused by so called “metal bond”. Well, the doctors duty is to fix all issues not creating new issues accessing to my knowledge? What makes it worse is that the manager asked me to delete this comment during my second appointment. Wow!
The dentist herself was lovely but the service was not good. Had to go back three times to get the filling redone as it kept chipping off as soon as I left and was not aligned. Eventually I gave up and paid to go to another dentist to get it done.
