Excellent customer service, made to feel at home. Very quick to accept appointment as all other dental practices were fully booked. I had a toothache and was shown an abscess on the Xray. Nice comforting music and the assistance were very cheerful. It took several anaesthetic injections to hide the pain, but once I felt some discomfort I was given another shot and had the tooth out. I can now sleep in peace.
Excellent service. Hadnt visited a dentist for almost 10 years. The staff were easily approachable and very helpful! Am due for another appointment next week to get my teeth treated. Looking forward to the awesome customer service once again. Great effort team! Keep it up. Highly recommend to those who classify themselves as potential new customers!
If would use 0 starts I could. I've been in this place 3 times, and they never took even 10 minutes to attended me. The first time, I went for a revision because of an infected tooth, the revision lasted 5 minutes. Then I went to extract that tooth, and during it instead of waiting the necessary time for the anesthesia to make effect, they only continued to apply one anesthesia after another. Literaly, 7 minutes after comming in to the consulting room, I was already out, without even asking how I was, or taking the time to give me any recomendation. Not to mention that the tooth next to the extracted one was also in bad condition, and they neven noticed. Two weeks after the extraction I went because I had a lot of pain, and the consultation was for only 5 minutes again, giving me a very bad recommendation for the tooth in bad condition It's not my opinion, it's what my new dentist says, and not even worring or asking about the extream pain that I was still having after 2 weeks of the extraction. Really, don't loose your time, your money, and most importat, your HEALTH with these people.
Sorry review is Abit delayed but better late than never i would like to share My experience here at the dental centre. I visited the surgery a few months ago as i had not been to a dentist in a long time before this so i was very nervous not knowing what to expect i was anxious but as soon as I met the front desk staff I felt relieved and calm. I am very happy i went through with my visit there with Nick Bohra he is a great dentist i will highly recommend and the other staff members there are awesome too and very friendly i look forward to my next visit great work guys. Very happy client.
Outstanding customer service. The staff treat you with respect and have this amazing ability to remove all fears of visiting the dentist especially when people like myself who hate people in my personal space. Great with toddlers too. Highly recommend.
After having some difficulty with treatment of a root canal and massive abscess associated with this....I decided to go to the Dental Centre to remedy the problem and continue with further Treatment. I must say the experience thus far after only two visits initial consultation and then the cleaning of the three canals in the tooth, draining the abscess and medicating the canals was a breeze for this nervous patient. The environment is warm and inviting , the free massage chair is great and the staff are the friendliest bunch I have ever met in a dental practice - big smiles and courteous to a tee. Two weeks away til my next appointment and really looking forward to it. Nick and Patricia.....you Rock :-
25 August 2016 On behalf of my sister who had recently had a dressing done and her experience was terrible. He gave her an anesthetic and didn't even give enough time for the anesthetic to work. She was in pain from begining to end. His procedure took 5 minutes which i think should have taken at least been 15mins. I feel that the procedure was rushed and there was no care taken. I will not reccomend friends or family for any dental treatment from Nick Bohra B.D.S. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but I had to so i could post my review. I will also be writing a letter to the dental council about his incompetency.
I really value the careful attention to the health of my teeth by The Dental Centre in Porirua. I have been for regular check-ups and emergency treatment and I have been satisfied every time.
Last year I had a root canal from Nick Bohra working out of CBS in J'ville. After months of niggles and discomfort, last week it flared up with considerable pain. My new dentist took x-rays of the offending tooth and we were both left speechless: only half the root is showing as has having been filled. I am now faced with the additional expense of a referral to an endodontist, and if the tooth cannot be saved, considerable remedial work. This is the second root canal I have had from CBS, from two different dentists, and the second failure. I wouldn't refer this surgery to my worst enemy.
My favourite dentist!! The massage chair is a nice touch to the place and is awesome, the lady here does great work, and performs fast and painlessly, staff are friendly and helpful!! A big five star rating by me
