Our server, Adella, was helpful and made our dining experience very pleasant. Food was excellent! My husband had the lamb shank which had a deep, rich flavor and I had the beef Thai salad that had a dressing on the side that lingers in my mind. It's one of those recipes you want to take home! Would definitely go back!
First time eating here and it would be one I would happily do again. The food, service and atmosphere was great. There was plenty of parking and a great menu. The service was great and staff were both helpful and friendly. So if you are in Queenstown please go and give them a try.
Booked in for a first table, was served by Adela, who gave us fast, friendly and welcoming service. Good recommendations for food and drinks, which were both delicious. Adela was great and checked on us frequently, was lovely. Would reccommend !
Thanks for a great Easter Sunday Lunch! Roast was the best I’ve had in ages.
Visited The Crown twice and found the food to be okay and the drinks similar to other places. The atmosphere is pleasant and the view from the venue is stunning. However, the staff’s attitude on both occasions was a letdown. On my first visit, the duty manager whose name I don’t recall seemed frustrated and was quite rude to my girlfriend and me. During my second visit, the staff again lacked friendliness and willingness to help. While the location and setting are beautiful, the overall experience is marred by the unwelcoming staff. This could be a fantastic spot if the team aimed to provide a better customer experience. As it stands, I find it hard to recommend.
