We spent a great afternoon at The Crafty Bug Cafe for my daughter’s birthday party. She and her friends enjoyed making glittery cards and other gifts - as did the parents! Lisa is a great host with wide experience and patience encouraging the small and big kids so that they all enjoyed themselves. There is a great play area where they all had fun between craft activities and the party food did not stay long on the plates. Highly recommended for kids and their parents, who were all made to feel very welcome. Kid-friendliness: Very good and welcoming.
We went to the bug Caffè today, and I must say, how amazing it was and how surprised I was as from the outside, you don't see the hidden gem that's behind these windows. We all had a great time, and I can definitely say, WE'LL BE COMING BACK! amazing place and such great staff. Superb x You can do painting, pottery, drawing, card making, sewing... Anything your heart desires. Fantastic
First visit today! It’s amazing, and most importantly, the ladies working there are so lovely and chilled ! Coming back as soon as I can! Kids can splash around and play with toys , and I gather there are some arts and crafts groups you can partake in which are much cheaper than I would have guessed . Coffee very tasty, and the cheesecake I had was delicious.
Amazing little place, they have so many craft options to cater to everyone. Me and my kids Really enjoyed the pottery and the kids loved the play room. Food is lovely and portion sizes are great. Staff are very welcoming and go the extra mile, great atmosphere. Can’t recommend enough x Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely love this place
I actually haven't personally tried the food however their menu seem to contain a good selection and reasonably priced. I have to say the owners of the place are very nice and welcoming and certainly a brilliant place to go with children and let their creative side let loose.
Brilliant time spent painting pottery, sand art & eating a very tasty lunch! Really good value! The kids all enjoyed it as did the adults! Super friendly staff, a very relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Kid-friendliness: The kids all felt relaxed & were welcomed with friendly smiles & conversation from all of the employees. Nothing was too much trouble. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps cleverly installed to blend in with the decor. Really well thought out.
Booked in for high tea for my mums birthday, and was met with the friendliest service, beautifully prepared and delicious food! 10/10 well deserved 5*. Thanks again ladies
Fantastic time at crafty bug this morning for the toddler morning. Great value for money and staff were fantastic. Felt very comfortable being there. Will definitely be going back.
amazing family fun experience, they welcome animals, my kids love the pottery painting and crafts they glazed the painted pottery with no runs and message you as soon as they are ready for collection great little play are for toddlers and kids. food was fresh cooked, staff are amazing with the kids. prices are perfect also noticed they had wheel chair access. hours flew by, thank you so much for a great family fun day kids have been there many times now shame google only goes to 5 star so here is 10 p.s. sweets are great also Kid-friendliness: cant say enough so polite didnt moan once about noise or comments. encouraged creativity and sharing no Wheelchair accessibility: noticed it leads to the crafts amd kids area and is also non slip
First time here, good food, good service and friendly and polite. Will be back....10 out 10.Food: 5/5
