I usually love visiting this store and always look forward to it, but I had a slightly disappointing experience today. I chose to buy an item here at full price rather than go to a larger retailer during the Black Friday sales, but was told I couldn’t have one of my items gift-wrapped because the team “had quite a bit on.” This was surprising, especially as the staff had only recently been standing around celebrating a colleague’s birthday. It’s great to see such a positive team culture, but it didn’t make for the best customer experience - especially when you’re choosing where to spend your money.
Love the store... spent way too much time and money in here. Gorgeous products and so much selection.
what a gorgeous shop, I went to lunch with my Mum and what a wonderful surprise we got with this lovely store. Very helpfull and friendly staff. I will certainly visit again.

Such a gorgeous shop with gorgeous products. The perfect place to find speciality cheeses, preserves, chocolate... and of course, the biggest strawberries you've ever seen. Great for frozen, gourmet restaurant quality meals too
