The coffee was actually decent and my Egg Benedict with Salmon and Spinach tasted decent. Although she tried to add in a hash brown and I thought because she was being nice and then I saw the bill went up $3 for one hashbrown.... nevermind informing me it would be extra.
Coffee ok. No oat milk but other dairy free options like soy milk and almond milk. Could have been a lot cleaner. Lots of tables were closed due to COVID and some other tables had dirty dishes on them. Staff were nice.
2 stars strictly for coffee only. Bananas browning rotten. Pancake crumbly, taste like pre-made cake mix. Wrongfully advertised as "fluffy, $33 dollars for 2 coffees and pancakes#UPDATE less than an hour later now have an upset tummy, intuition tells me it's from the bananas

This is our next goto place in Albany. Not many people come here as it's away from the mall and other amenities. But very good service and coffee. Breakfast is same in all coffee club.
Staff had no clue, terribly understaffed. Took almost 40min for our order to be served. It's reasonably expensive and for the price you pay service is less than adequate. Had to even ask for cutlery and cleaning table
Thought I would take my mum out for a nice lunch and catch up. She got the mushroom on toast and this is what she recieved. It definitely wasnt worth $18. I also got the acai bowl and had to pay extra for banana when it said that banana was included. I dont like complaining but it was disappointing.

A clean spacious café with extremely slow and at times confused service. They are adjacent to the Ramada which provides a steady stream of customers, but they are understaffed and a coffee can take 10-20 minutes in the morning. The coffee is good, but it is expensive, also.
I'm a massive fan of this place. The staff here are awesome. The customer service and food served should be used as an example for other branches. Ultimately I think I have discovered the true reason why my company always books us to stay at the Ramada Suites. - Ash
