Well, I got free cookies, so it's already great service! No queue, great service and plug in points whilst waiting for the train. Perfect :
My experience here was alright, the personnel wasn't particularly friendly but the prices where decent.
Rude and surly staff! Such a shame, because in almost all the other places in Belgium I've been to everyone is great. There is no other choice for coffee once past security, so if you have to, go here. The quality was OK. I hope the owners can train staff to improve their customer service skills. I know it's very busy here but that's not really an excuse for being rude.
Disappointing selection of food where you would expect something more typical - like more bakery style. Espresso coffee was nice. The two shopping assistant snob and arrogant. I asked for my croissant to be warmed up - because it was just a taken off from the fridge - and they out it in the microwave. As a result the croissant was super hot, extra soft and obviously 2 minutes after it was impossible to be eaten. I have not asked for a refund or anything but informed the ladies that they should at least inform the client and they replied with such a attitude that I was glad they are not my employees. Overall bad experience. The croissant was thrown away sadly.
The queue was nearly 20 minutes. They tried to give my order to someone else. They got the order wrong which I didn't discover until I boarded the Eurostar. Being very friendly does not make up for incompetence. They need a lot more staff/equipment and they need to pay attention to what they're doing.
As with most places in areas like train stations or airports, the price is a bit on the higher side. The staff, even though they are very busy, are usually friendly and helpful. At most times, there is a good selection of food. The place is clean.
Staff pretty rude and they sell pre-made crepes but they won't or can't heat them up! Who wants a cold Crepe?! They have a reasonable selection of beers but not wine and the food selection is pretty limited. There are nicer places outside the terminal but that's all you can get once you've gone through security which is a shame
Sadly the only coffee place inside Eurostar terminal. Member of staff litterally didn't know what he was doing - whether it's lack of training, I don't know. The second member of staff not much friendlier either, milk in my latte boiled to death and ended up waiting and I am not exagerrating at least 10 minutes to receive the 2 drinks I ordered one of them was tea. Talking about Belgians being slow workers, eh?
The Coffee Club cafe Ritazza employee inside of the Eurostar terminal overcharged our order, and tried to ditch the receipt. You'd better check if what you pay is the same as what they advertise.
The coffee is ok. Expensive like most places in Brussels but some decent snacks available. Staff are helpful and polite.
