Haven't been to the airport for ages. Wait zone awesome, map accurate, helpful polite public zone assistant to pull over to ask if I could wait safely 5min or drive around again. Good safe experience using the public pickup zone for domestic arrivals.

It's OK but not a place you want to spend lots of time. The new Air NZ lounge is n ok t as good as the old.

Big airport.Buses outside main doors to Auckland city €17 each, very easy & convenient. €35 taxie Auckland city.

Easy to hear info over the loudspeakers, clearly marked out seating for social distancing, easy to find check in stations, to book in bags and find boarding gates.

Immigration process was quite fast though the bottleneck seems to be the declaration of prohibited/restricted items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

As has been the case over the many years of flying around the country the Auckland airport has always served us well. When picking up people and you have to go inside the terminals the carparks are ridiculously expensive but you have no other choice. But the service and facilities are pretty good.

I had a great all around experience here. Security checkpoints weren't as overwhelming and invasive as they are in the US, and the check-in process was smooth. There's a convenience store and some restaurants nearby in case you arrive early for your flight and need to grab a quick bite.

Great airport, quick checkout/checkin. Friendly staff.

Lovely, a bit quiet, fully hygiene protocol, not allowed get in if no travel documents awesome, nice parking area some payment machines are playing with credit card only cash, but awesome
